OUR SERVICES

Therapy that meets you where you are — relational, honest, and rooted in compassion

At Online Therapy Ontario, we offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, relationships, and families navigating emotional wounds, relationship struggles, and patterns rooted in intergenerational trauma. Whether you're just wanting to feel better, looking for change, perhaps healing from narcissistic abuse, or think you might be a narcissist yourself, working through ADHD-related challenges, or simply seeking deeper connection, our services are designed to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Our approach centers on relational healing—because disconnection doesn’t heal in isolation. We work with you to build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and transform how you relate to yourself and others.

Individual Therapy

A space to reconnect with yourself—honestly, gently, and at your own pace

At Online Therapy Ontario, individual therapy is more than just talk. It’s a relational process rooted in compassion, lived experience, and practical tools for healing. You’ll work one-on-one with Darren Elliott, a Registered Psychotherapist, who brings empathy and clarity to the therapy room.

Fatherhood Support Program

Support for fathers who want to show up fully—for themselves and their families

Fatherhood therapy program focused on emotional growth, healthy parenting, anger management, and relationship building with licensed Ontario therapists.

This service is beneficial for anyone who was not able to fully share love and kindness with their own parent, and is designed for men ready to parent with intention, presence, and emotional connection—especially those raised in narcissistic, emotionally unavailable, or chaotic family systems. Whether you're struggling with anger, distance, or the weight of fatherhood, you're not alone.

This is about changing the family patterns you were given that were rooted more in trauma than love. They did the best they could, now you can change the game for your own family.

Don’t do opposite, do what is supportive, attuned.

Darren works with fathers to:

  • Reflect on how their upbringing informs their parenting style

  • Develop tools to navigate emotional distance and foster understanding within parent-child relationships.

  • Improve emotional expression, regulation, and accountability

  • Break generational cycles of avoidance or emotional control

This isn’t about perfect parenting. It’s about showing up with courage and care—and learning how to stay grounded through it all.

Anger Management Program Structure

What You’ll Gain

  • A deeper understanding of what fuels your anger

  • Personalized coping strategies

  • Skills to manage conflict without aggression or avoidance

  • Tools for emotional expression that align with your values

  • Confidence in navigating life’s stressors calmly

  • Do I have to complete all 12 sessions?
No. You can start with a single session and decide as you go. That said, those who complete the full series often report stronger long-term outcomes.

    Is this just about anger?
No. While anger is the focus, you’ll likely uncover deeper patterns tied to stress, relationships, boundaries, or trauma. Therapy helps you process all of that safely.

Will I be forced to share private things?
Never. You control what you disclose and when. Therapy moves at your pace.

What if I don’t see results right away?
Healing takes time. Progress is measured in emotional awareness, healthier habits, and more connection in your life—not overnight perfection.

Can I keep going after 12 sessions?
Yes. Many clients choose to continue with regular therapy for deeper personal growth.

What if I don’t want a full program?
We can work together without a fixed structure. Some people prefer open-ended therapy, and that’s valid too. You’re always in control.

  • Communicate anger without causing harm

  • Reconnect with your full emotional range

  • Be a more present and emotionally available partner, parent, or friend
